  • Western Europe (Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, etc.): 3–7 business days
  • Eastern & Northern Europe (Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Finland, etc.): 5–10 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value — check our website for current promotions.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.

6. Customs and Duties

As we ship within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply to EU orders.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Bottega Ritiely is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
